Fullscript is seeking a Vice President, Customer Experience to define and lead the next generation of customer experience across all touchpoints. You will design and scale a up-to-date, AI-first CX blending human expertise with automation, owning the end-to-end customer support journey at scale.

You’ll report to the Chief Customer Officer and influence Product, Operations, and Technology, building a high-performing team and driving a culture of customer-centricity and continuous improvement.
