Reporting to the Director of Care, this full-time, in office Manager I role guides nursing professionals and supports productive community operations. You will oversee care quality, regulatory compliance, and resident wellbeing while collaborating with interdisciplinary professionals. The position requires nursing education, current registration, and long-term care experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide clinical leadership and guidance to nursing staff
- Develop care plans addressing resident needs and preferences
- Supervise and evaluate nursing professionals across disciplines




- Maintain records supporting regulatory and accreditation requirements
- Coordinate inspections, audits, and corrective actions

Requirements:

- Bachelor of Nursing Science or equivalent post-diploma education
- Current registration in good standing with the College of Nurses
- Minimum one year nursing experience in long-term care
- Two to three years managerial or supervisory nursing experience
- Legal eligibility to work in Canada
