As Fleet Manager, you will manage administrators, supervisors, and technicians while supporting operational equipment needs. The position oversees maintenance planning, asset performance, inspections, budgets, and employee development. It suits an experienced commercial vehicle maintenance leader with supervisory responsibility and broad mechanical knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage personnel across regional fleet maintenance operations
- Plan shop schedules and maintain vehicle availability
- Oversee preventive maintenance and annual provincial inspections
- Analyze fleet performance, utilization, uptime, and spare ratios




- Develop budgets, reports, procedures, and cost-control practices

Requirements:

- Red Seal commercial transport mechanic ticket or related mechanical diploma
- Six years progressively responsible commercial vehicle maintenance experience
- Three years supervisory and people-management experience
- Knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, electronic repairs, and inspections
- Willingness to travel throughout the regional area
