As a Senior Level Estimate Lead with Kiewit Energy Canada District, you will lead estimates across Canada from early pursuit through bid close. Translate construction means, methods, sequencing, productivity, and risk into defensible estimates and execution strategies. Support energy and industrial projects across oil, gas, chemical, ethanol, and related process industries.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise estimators preparing complete and accurate project estimates
- Review plans, specifications, bid documents, and contract documents
- Develop construction plans, schedules, and procurement strategies




- Prepare pursuit win strategies with business development and operations
- Conduct site investigations and address technical bid problems

Requirements:

- Engineering or construction-related technology degree, or extensive related experience
- Seven to ten years of related energy construction experience
- Field, operations, self-perform, and estimating experience preferred
- Solid detail, communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Estimating software and Microsoft Office proficiency
