As Director on the Western Credit Risk Management team, you will analyze diversified industry financing and guide sound credit outcomes. You will partner with relationship managers and business lines while supporting portfolio growth. The position requires underwriting experience, strategic judgment, and influence across internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze, authorize, or recommend complex diversified industry credit files
- Collaborate with business lines on financing requests
- Coach account managers on credit structuring

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or related field
- More than five years in Mid-Market underwriting or client-facing roles
- Robust analytical, organizational, and decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and coaching skills
- English spoken and written; French considered an asset
