The Maintenance Supervisor works with Sandman Hotel Group on general building and property maintenance. Responsibilities span heating, ventilation, air conditioning, boilers, pumps, fire systems, pools, and grounds. You will supervise maintenance workers, respond to guest requests, and complete repairs across hotel areas. WHMIS standards and WorkSafe regulations guide the work.

Key Responsibilities:

- Delegate daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance tasks
- Supervise assigned work performed by maintenance workers
- Inspect hotel common areas, exteriors, and landscapes
- Maintain heating, air conditioning, boilers, and related systems
- Prepare, paint, decorate, repair drywall, and apply caulking

Requirements:

- Valid driver's license
- High school diploma or GED
- Two years of maintenance experience
- One year operating and maintaining buildings
- Ability to work overtime as required
