Bombardier is seeking a Junior Continuous Improvement Agent in Canada to lead process improvements, coach Kaizen activities, and drive waste reduction across manufacturing facilities. Travel to various sites is required as part of deploying the BOE model and Lean initiatives.

The role requires 1–4 years in manufacturing CI, an engineering degree or technical diploma, and a Green Belt is an asset. You will work within a team-driven workplace offering growth and a comprehensive Benefits Program.
