Provide autonomous primary care with Interior Health in Clearwater, British Columbia, using full-scope practice and interdisciplinary collaboration. Support rural and Indigenous communities.

As a permanent full time Nurse Practitioner, you will serve as Most Responsible Provider for attached patient panels. Your practice includes chronic disease management, preventive care, urgent care, and follow-up across community settings. Work primarily at Clearwater Primary Care Clinic, with virtual care and planned rural outreach.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assess and diagnose undifferentiated diseases and conditions
- Prescribe medications within legal and regulatory guidelines
- Manage chronic, preventive, urgent, and episodic primary care




- Coordinate follow-up across Long-Term Care and Short-Stay Units
- Collaborate with physicians, nursing, and community partners

Requirements:

- Master’s degree in Nursing or equivalent
- Current Nurse Practitioner certification with British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives
- Clinical or healthcare experience considered an asset
- Ability to diagnose, treat, and manage patient care
- Commitment to culturally safe, patient-centred practice
