Build trusted AI-ready insights as an Associate Data and Analytics Consultant at CDW, using Power BI and Microsoft Fabric with customers.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Business Intelligence, you will support client engagements as a hands-on builder. You will translate business needs, create semantic models, develop pipelines, and prepare data for Copilot and AI use cases. The work combines customer collaboration, technical delivery, assessments, and training.

Key Responsibilities:

- Translate client needs into technical requirements, estimates, and statements of work
- Build Power BI reports, dashboards, semantic models, and visualizations
- Develop Microsoft Fabric and Azure pipelines, dataflows, lakehouses, and warehouses
- Integrate APIs and applications including ServiceNow, Salesforce, and ERP platforms




- Facilitate training and document solutions for client handover

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant discipline
- Two to four years’ hands-on business intelligence, analytics engineering, or data engineering experience
- Solid Power BI, DAX, Power Query, SQL, and data modelling skills
- Working knowledge of Python, ETL or ELT pipelines, and APIs
- Ability to explain complex data concepts clearly to varied audiences
