As Senior Service Operations and Transition Manager, you will prepare new and enhanced digital services for deployment. You will coordinate with project teams, suppliers, service owners, and operational colleagues. Your work will support Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, service adoption, and continual improvement across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Recommend go-live, early-life support, and service acceptance decisions
