The Director, Product Engineering leads six engineers across new product development, sustaining engineering, and engineering change management. Reporting to the President and CEO, this hands-on leader builds scalable processes, KPIs, and engineering governance. The position also guides product lifecycle management and ERP integration while developing emerging technical leaders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and develop mechanical, electrical, and firmware engineers
- Own product development from concept through end-of-life management
- Establish engineering KPIs, governance, and operating cadence
- Drive reliability, manufacturability,



and cost reduction
- Partner with operations, supply chain, sales, and service

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent leadership experience
- Seven to eight years of progressive engineering experience
- Three or more years leading engineering teams
- Experience taking products from concept to commercialization
- Background in oil and gas, instrumentation, or industrial manufacturing
