This full time Head of Operations role leads operations for a multi-practice legal business. You will direct practice leaders and managing attorneys while managing service levels, delivery cost, productivity, and margin. The work includes automation, AI tools, staffing plans, and data-based insight for the COO.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own throughput, turnaround times, backlog, capacity, and service levels
- Coach practice leaders and managing attorneys through operating reviews
- Manage delivery cost, productivity, margin, budgets, and forecasts




- Modernize delivery through automation and AI tools
- Translate revenue projections into staffing and capacity plans

Requirements:

- Five to twelve years of operations experience
- Three or more years directing high-volume transaction teams
- Experience leading large, multi-tier organizations
- Proven workflow improvements in output, quality, and spend
- Ability to work hands-on and hybrid in Toronto
