This consultant role supports current and existing buildings through design, construction documents, tendering, submittal review, and site quality assurance. You will serve as the day-to-day client contact while assessing conditions and determining enclosure solutions. The position also includes reviewing junior staff documentation, mentoring field review and testing work, and managing project performance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver investigations, designs, documents, and field reviews
- Lead client communication through project delivery stages
- Review shop drawings, mock-ups, and change requests
- Prepare site reports,



testing results, and recommendations
- Manage quality, schedules, finances, and client satisfaction

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, applied science, or architecture
- Five or more years in building science consulting
- Two or more years of project management experience
- Significant field experience with construction processes
- Intermediate enclosure design knowledge and local building codes
