This full-time, permanent Construction Supervisor position oversees General Forepersons, subcontractors, and internal crews across transmission and distribution line projects. The experienced field leader coordinates planning, workforce alignment, safety, quality, cost, and schedule performance. The position suits superintendent-level leaders advancing into broader site or project oversight.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee assigned construction scopes and resolve field issues
- Coordinate look-ahead planning, milestones, resources, and recovery strategies
- Ensure tools, materials, equipment, and crews support operations
- Apply safety controls and resolve hazards, incidents, and near misses




- Monitor production, productivity, quality, documentation, and project progress

Requirements:

- Journeyman Powerline Technician certification or civil utility experience
- Twelve to fifteen years of utility or infrastructure construction experience
- Leadership across multiple construction disciplines and subcontractor coordination
- Proficiency in Procore, SAP, scheduling, and field reporting systems
- Valid driver’s license; related construction diploma or degree preferred
