Lead campus life and student support at Northlands College, using student development expertise to strengthen engagement, well-being, and accessibility. This is a one-year term position.

The Manager, Campus and Student Life leads non-academic student support across Northlands College. Reporting to the Vice President, Student Services & Engagement, this student-focused leader oversees campus operations, housing, financial aid, and engagement initiatives. The portfolio supports inclusive campus environments and alignment with college objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and enhance the overall student experience
- Oversee campus operations and student housing
- Manage student engagement initiatives and financial aid
- Coordinate student support services across campuses




- Promote student well-being, access, belonging, and success

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in education, Indigenous Studies, commerce, or related field
- Minimum five years of progressively responsible student management experience
- Understanding of post-secondary student development
- Experience with campus programming and financial aid administration
- Cultural humility, integrity, and team-oriented spirit
