Key Responsibilities:

- Lead technology onboarding and ongoing software training sessions
- Create LMS content, tutorials, guides, SOPs, and presentations
- Adapt demonstrations to different technical experience levels
- Resolve routine software, login, access, and workflow issues




- Coordinate follow-up and keep users informed through resolution

Requirements:

- Two-plus years in application or SaaS support
- Experience delivering live software demonstrations or group training
- Experience creating guides, screen recordings, or video tutorials
- Experience managing accounts, permissions, and cloud application settings
