The Asset Care Planner develops work plans and coordinates resources for maintenance activities. This regular position supports Diageo’s Supply Chain and Manufacturing function. It focuses on maintenance backlogs, outage planning, accurate SAP records, and continuous improvement within the site’s asset care program.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop detailed maintenance work plans, job packages, and schedules
- Coordinate labour, materials, tools, contractors, and vendor support
- Conduct field assessments and include safety requirements
- Manage maintenance backlogs and weekly scheduling




- Support preventive, predictive, and reliability-focused maintenance programs

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent education and experience
- At least five years in maintenance, manufacturing, or skilled trades
- Mechanical or electrical proficiency with technical drawings
- Experience using SAP Plant Maintenance or another CMMS
- Microsoft Office, planning, analytical, communication, and safety skills
