Cropac Equipment Inc. seeks a highly experienced technician for hands-on field repairs. You will troubleshoot complex mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and electronic issues independently. The work requires sound technical decisions, resourcefulness, and minimal in office support while serving customers and job sites.

Key Responsibilities:

- Diagnose and repair heavy equipment at customer and job sites
- Resolve complex mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and electronic issues
- Perform preventative maintenance, servicing, and emergency repairs
- Read technical manuals, schematics, and manufacturer procedures




- Document findings, repairs, parts, and labour hours accurately

Requirements:

- Valid 310T, 421A, or recognized equivalent trade licence
- At least 10 years of mechanical experience
- At least five years of independent field service experience
- Strong diesel, hydraulic, electrical, and diagnostic equipment knowledge
- Valid driver's licence and satisfactory driver's abstract
