Lead major gifts fundraising at Inn from the Cold in Calgary, building donor relationships and securing significant multi-year commitments. This is a full time role.

The Manager, Philanthropy advances The INN’s major gifts program and sustainable philanthropic revenue growth. You will lead a high-performance team, manage prospects and donors, and connect donor interests with organizational priorities. The position reports to the Vice President, Philanthropy & Engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute major gift fundraising strategies
- Manage a portfolio focused on gifts of $50,000+
- Build major and transformational gift prospect pipelines
- Cultivate, solicit, and steward donor relationships
- Lead, coach, and support the philanthropy team

Requirements:

- Post-secondary education or equivalent education and experience
- 5+ years of progressive fundraising or philanthropy experience
- Major gifts, individual giving, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship experience
- Staff leadership and team development experience
- Donor CRM experience; Raiser's Edge NXT considered an asset
