The Manager, Global Benefits leads design, administration, and strategic planning across Canada, the United States, EMEA, Dubai, UAE, LATAM, and other locations. You will partner with HR, Finance, legal counsel, and senior stakeholders while guiding benefits professionals. The role supports organizational growth through mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design globally consistent, locally responsive benefits strategies
- Lead renewals, benchmarking, negotiations, and cost modeling
- Oversee administration, compliance, filings, audits, and documentation




- Apply AI tools and analytics to improve programs
- Lead and develop benefits specialists across regions

Requirements:

- 8–10 years of benefits management experience
- At least five years in a global capacity
- Three to five years supervising benefits professionals
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Knowledge of international benefits regulations and privacy requirements
