CDN seeks a Foreman - Instrumentation to direct daily operations and maintain secure, efficient, high-quality work. The role coordinates crews, schedules shifts, supports commissioning, shutdown, and turnaround activities, and develops team performance. Candidates must relocate to Kitimat, BC.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise crews and direct safe, productive work practices
- Facilitate daily safety and pre-shift meetings
- Coordinate workforce shifts and daily site operations
- Manage work notifications through SAP with client stakeholders
- Mentor Apprentices and Journeypersons while monitoring performance

Requirements:

- Eight-plus years as an industrial qualified tradesperson
- Two-plus years in leadership or supervision
- Valid Red Seal Instrumentation and Control Technician certification
- Familiarity with SAP, MS Office, and MS Teams
- Willingness to relocate and complete required drug testing
