This position organizes and maintains models for assigned projects while helping teams deliver work on aggressive schedules. You will support BIM execution plans, review Revit models, and reinforce productive 3D modeling practices. The role also includes design technology coordination and asset library management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Help develop and maintain BIM execution plans
- Organize and maintain models for assigned projects
- Check Revit models for clearances and potential conflicts
- Conduct BIM based quality control reviews
- Build, edit, and manage asset libraries and requests

Requirements:

- Associate degree in BIM or architecture related curriculum
- Three plus years’ architectural Revit BIM experience preferred
- Proficiency in Revit required
- Reliability Security Clearance or ability to obtain it
- LEED credential required within twelve months
