Samsara is seeking an Enterprise Customer Success Manager to remotely support Canadian customers, aligning on objectives and delivering measurable value across our IoT platform. You will collaborate with Sales, Support, Sales Engineering and Product to drive retention and expansion, while serving as a trusted partner to large-scale clients.

You will lead executive reviews, conduct customer workshops, and mentor teams as you help customers optimize their use of Samsara’s solutions.
