Conduct field inspections and audits for UL Solutions from Calgary, using technical standards, customer service, and independent scheduling skills. Extensive travel is essential.

As an Associate Field Engineer, you will visit factories to verify certified products meet UL Solutions requirements. The work includes reviewing components, markings, production records, calibration, testing, traceability, and corrective actions. You will also support customers with technical and administrative questions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform inspections and audits under required standards
- Review products, components, markings, and ULS labels
- Verify production records, documentation, calibration, and traceability
- Witness factory tests and select required samples




- Submit inspection and potential non-conformance reports

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree or relevant technical diploma, or equivalent experience
- Strong written and verbal English and local-language communication
- Valid driver’s license with valuable driving records
- Readiness for extensive travel, potentially up to 60,000 kilometers annually
- Calgary location or willingness to relocate
