As Manager, Process Department, you will lead planning, design, and delivery for municipal and industrial treatment projects. You will mentor professionals, oversee technical quality, manage client partnerships, and support CBCL’s Water and Wastewater practice growth. The position requires progressive leadership in consulting engineering and treatment project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead water and wastewater treatment projects from planning through delivery
- Recruit, mentor, and develop multidisciplinary engineering professionals
- Oversee technical quality, safety, innovation, and client satisfaction




- Strengthen client partnerships and identify collaboration opportunities
- Support proposals and RFP responses with senior leaders

Requirements:

- Engineering degree in civil, environmental, chemical, process, or related discipline
- Minimum 10 years’ progressive leadership experience in consulting engineering
- Experience delivering water and wastewater treatment projects
- Ability to manage, mentor, and motivate multidisciplinary teams
- Robust communication and client relationship-building skills
