Coordinate digital projects as an IT Project Business Analyst with the City of Thunder Bay, using project management and detailed analysis. Work in a hybrid mode supporting services for employees and residents.

This Project & Business Analyst supports the IT Delivery team and Corporate Digital Strategy. You will organize project activities, coordinate stakeholders, manage risks and issues, and maintain workplans and schedules. The position also requires project research, analysis, documentation, meetings, and recommendations that support project goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Organize, coordinate, lead, and implement project activities
- Define stakeholders and manage project risks and issues
- Build workplans and schedules with business partners
- Create end-user documentation for changed processes




- Conduct meetings, research, analysis, and project follow-ups

Requirements:

- Degree in computer science, business administration, or related field
- Two years’ related experience with application development or infrastructure technologies
- Diploma in computer systems, business application development, or IT technology
- Four years’ related experience with enterprise systems or data centers
- Project management experience
