Lead aerospace systems engineering for ADGA, applying UAS, Counter-UAS, and technical airworthiness expertise to complex defence programs.

As an experienced Technical Lead, you will guide UAS and related aerospace product design, development, evaluation, and sustainment. You will provide engineering support and subject matter expertise for Counter-UAS while advising Joint Staff and units. The work requires aerospace technology experience, technical documentation capability, and advanced product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan product improvements for existing and recent aerospace systems
- Produce review reports, studies, modification plans, and project documentation
- Develop and improve maintenance programs and special inspections
- Provide engineering advice and guidance to Joint Staff and units




- Participate in working groups and technical information transfers

Requirements:

- Engineering bachelor’s degree in a suitable technical field
- Six years’ recent aerospace design and development experience
- Six years’ technical airworthiness documentation experience within eight years
- Experience with aircraft, RPAS, rotorcraft, space, missile, or rocket systems
- Secret Level II clearance eligibility and Controlled Goods Certificate
