The Development Lead strengthens the YMCA’s culture of philanthropy across Association Services. You will manage mid-level donors, support annual giving, and collaborate with operations teams and volunteers. The role emphasizes campaign delivery and donor relationship building during its first year.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage mid-level donor and prospect portfolios
- Translate program needs into donor investment opportunities
- Lead annual giving campaigns and special events
- Track donor engagement and progress within CRM
- Build community partnerships and supporter relationships

Requirements:

- Three years’ experience in fundraising, sales, marketing, or related fields
- Experience managing partner or client relationships
- Solid written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Comfort using donor databases or CRM systems
- Proficiency with SharePoint, Canva, and Microsoft 365
