As Section

Manager, Contract Management, you will lead Contract Management Specialists supporting project-critical materials, equipment, and services. You will apply the PMC Contract Management Framework across procurement readiness, mobilization, execution, change management, documentation readiness, and closeout. The role supports consistent governance and supplier performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Coach, develop, and performance-manage Contract Management Specialists
- Plan resources across contract complexity, risks, and priorities
- Oversee contract lifecycle governance and delivery assurance
- Monitor portfolio performance, commitments, forecasts,



and emerging risks
- Present recommendations and risk assessments to senior leadership Requirements:
- Four-year university degree in a related discipline
- Progressive contract, procurement, commercial, or project delivery experience
- Leadership experience developing professional teams
- Experience managing contracts through closeout
- Solid stakeholder, analytical, negotiation, and communication skills Bring contract lifecycle leadership, resource planning, supplier management, and portfolio reporting expertise to Bruce Power’s project delivery function.
