As a Senior HVAC Designer, you will design mechanical building services for primarily industrial projects. Your work covers HVAC, plumbing, controls, equipment sizing, and construction documentation. You will communicate directly with architects, electrical engineers, structural engineers, and other disciplines while developing innovative solutions to complex problems.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design HVAC, plumbing, and control systems
- Develop plans, details, schematics, and construction documents
- Create 3D models using PDS and MicroStation
- Calculate HVAC equipment sizing and selection
- Coordinate requirements with other disciplines and delivery offices

Requirements:

- Experience designing industrial mechanical building systems
- Knowledge of Alberta and National building codes
- Knowledge of ASHRAE and SMACNA standards
- Proficiency with AutoCAD and MicroStation
- Experience with Carrier HAP or similar software
