This six-month role combines business systems analysis with hands-on Microsoft 365 technical specialization. You will translate stakeholder requirements into solutions, troubleshoot issues, and support collaboration, governance, and lifecycle management. The work includes SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365 Groups, Teams-connected sites, permissions, and information architecture.

Key Responsibilities:

- Configure and improve SharePoint Online collaboration solutions
- Translate business requirements into functional and technical requirements
- Troubleshoot Microsoft 365 issues and perform root-cause analysis
- Support migrations,



modernization, and governance initiatives
- Coordinate testing, deployment planning, and production validation

Requirements:

- Strong hands-on knowledge of SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365
