Support employee relations and recruitment as a Human Resources Advisor at Alamos Gold’s Lynn Lake Mine, working site-based on a 14-days-on, 14-days-off rotation.

This full time Human Resources Generalist role partners with leaders and employees across site operations. You will provide guidance on performance management, compensation, workforce development, employment legislation, and workplace policies. The position supports engagement, operational performance, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Advise employees on policies, procedures, concerns, and conflict resolution
- Coach leaders on workforce effectiveness and employee engagement
- Lead recruitment, interviews, offers, onboarding, and site orientations
- Support performance management, compensation, and workforce development




- Analyze HR metrics while maintaining policy and legislative compliance

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Six to eight years of progressive Human Resources experience
- Expertise in employee relations, recruitment, and HR administration
- Knowledge of employment legislation and workplace policies
- Proficiency with HRIS systems, HR software, and Microsoft Office
