The full time, one-year contract Health & Wellness Manager leads initiatives supporting resident and staff health, safety, and quality of life. This role oversees wellness teams, budgets, vendors, contracts, KPIs, reporting, and regulatory alignment. Collaboration spans Nursing, HR, Recreation, and external healthcare partners.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and oversee wellness programs, events, and initiatives
- Lead, coach, and supervise the wellness team
- Manage budgets, vendors, contracts, and resources
- Establish KPIs and monitor program outcomes
- Prepare leadership updates and ensure regulatory compliance

Requirements:

- Valid LPN or RPN licence is mandatory
- Five-plus years managing health and wellness programs
- At least two years in a leadership role
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
