Mercedes-Benz Vancouver is currently looking to fill theposition of Delivery Coordinator.

Compensation for this position is salary plus commission based.

Responsibilities:

- Schedule and confirm datethat customer expects to receive their purchased vehicle
- Liaise with Service Managerto ensure all required operations are performed for sold vehicles
- Liaise with the FinancialServices Manager to ensure that any changes, additions or deletions to theinitial deal are correctly documented and in progress
- Communicate with customersto ensure that they are kept informed as to any delays or changes to theirinitial expectations




- Review all documentation toensure appropriate paperwork is ready for the customer
- Inspect vehicle to ensurethat all requested work has been performed correctly leading to a “PerfectDelivery”
- Schedule an appointment timefor the customer to take delivery of the vehicle
- Perform other tasks, basedon management requirements and instructions
- Complete recent car deliveriesin line with the questions on sales survey.
- Use the manufacturersrecommended tablet app for new car deliveries

Execute the delivery process, including:

- Provide a completeexplanation of all warranty and maintenance requirements and limitations,and any other programs, options or information the Dealerships want toconvey to the customer, i.e. available Collision Centre, detailing, VIPprogram, Rewards Membership, Service Walk, Second Delivery Appointment,etc.)
- Provide a completeexplanation of the operation of the vehicle
- Sign all paperwork relatedto the purchase of the vehicle
- Collect all monies andpayments due on delivery from the customer
- Take photograph of customerwith their new vehicle; a gift for the customer
- Educate the customerregarding CSI process
- Verify customer contactinformation, including email address,



and enter it into the customerdatabase
- Ask for referrals
- Advise the Sales & LeasingConsultant, Financial Services Manager and Sales Manager via e-mail, thatthe vehicle has been delivered
