Reporting to the VP of Platform Services Engineering, you will lead complex programs strengthening platform foundations and engineering delivery. The work requires technical judgment, structured leadership, risk management, and cross-functional orchestration. You will align roadmaps, dependencies, decisions, and investments across Motive.

Key Responsibilities:

- Translate organizational priorities into executable roadmaps and measurable outcomes
- Lead complex programs from definition through delivery and adoption
- Manage goals, milestones, dependencies, decisions, and execution risks
- Build roadmap reviews, reporting, escalation paths, and success metrics




- Drive executive reporting, business reviews, and cross-organizational communications

Requirements:

- Seven or more years in technical program management or related roles
- Fifteen or more years in the technology industry
- Experience leading ambiguous, multi-team programs with measurable impact
- Technical fluency across architecture, tradeoffs, risks, and execution plans
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in a technical field
