As part of Personal and Business Banking, you will lead financial services professionals toward exceptional client service. You will hire, develop, and coach employees while supporting clients securing futures, owning homes, and establishing businesses. This position requires results-focused leadership and accountability.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead high-performing Leaders, Advisors, and Representatives
- Coach employees and provide meaningful development opportunities
- Deepen client relationships and meet financial needs
- Monitor business performance and implement action plans
- Manage risk and minimize threats to bank stakeholders

Requirements:

- Current Mutual Funds License accreditation in good standing
- Canadian Securities Course or Investment Funds In Canada
- Experience providing coaching and hands-on team support
- Goal-oriented, accountable, and client-focused leadership approach
- Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and nearby banking centres
