This licensed position supports equipment and facilities maintenance in Leggett Dynamics’ 24-5 automotive parts manufacturing facility. You will repair tooling, maintain machinery, and help provide a protected, effective workplace. The work covers manual and CNC machining, blueprint interpretation, precision metrology, welding, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance. A valid 430A Tool and Die Maker or 431A Mold Maker License is required, along with two or more years in a precision tool shop.

Key Responsibilities:

- Read engineering drawings, CAD models, and GD&T; specifications
- Operate manual CNC lathes,



mills, and grinders
- Fabricate, repair, assemble, and test tooling
- Verify dimensions using precision instruments and CMMs
- Troubleshoot machinery and maintain repair records

Requirements:

- Valid 430A or 431A license
- Two or more years in precision tool shop
- Manual and CNC precision machining experience
- MIG and TIG welding experience
- Precision metrology to 0.0001 inch
