As Power BI Technical Lead, you will guide enterprise-scale business intelligence development and reporting performance. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead scalable Power BI dashboard and semantic model development
- Optimize reports, DAX calculations, models, and refresh processes
- Integrate Power BI with Snowflake and enterprise data sources
- Provide architecture guidance, reviews, and development standards




- Support releases, incident analysis, and reporting platform improvement

Requirements:

- Five-plus years leading Power BI design and development
- Solid Power BI, DAX, Power Query, and performance tuning experience
- Snowflake, SQL, dimensional modeling, and data quality knowledge
- Technical leadership, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management capabilities
- Finance or financial services reporting experience highly desirable
