Lead sales incentive governance and sample management at AbbVie, coordinating complex projects across functions with rigorous operational accountability. This role is based in Quebec.

The Sales Operations Manager leads two affiliate priorities: the Sales Incentive Plan and sample management. You will coordinate Customer Excellence, Commercial Leadership, Finance, HR, Analytics, BTS, Compliance, data governance teams, field stakeholders, and external partners. The work combines project leadership, governance, problem solving, communications, and senior-level decision support.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate SIP timelines, milestones, dependencies, governance deliverables, and communications
- Develop measures, weightings, quotas, methodologies, approvals, and payment submissions
- Lead sample management operating model and governance framework implementation
- Monitor data, inventory, vendors,



integrations, access, incidents, and issue resolution
- Drive controls, corrective actions, documentation, training, and continuous improvement

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, operations, analytics, or related discipline
- Progressive Sales Operations, Commercial Excellence, or related experience
- Complex cross-functional project leadership with tight delivery timelines
- Solid analytical, problem-solving, project management, and process design skills
- Advanced AI, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint proficiency
