As Branch Manager, you will run the branch like your own business and lead business performance. You will develop customer relationships, support balanced growth, and mentor the team. This role requires retail banking or commercial lending experience, strong communication, and relationship-building skills.

Requirements:
- Three to five years’ retail banking or commercial lending experience
