As Director, Human Resources Business Partner for Enablement Functions, you will advise leaders and align people initiatives with business strategies. Build trusted relationships, deliver differentiated employee and manager experiences, and support high-performance, empowered organizations. Reporting to the AVP, Human Resources Business Partner, Canadian Operations, you will manage a complex portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coach leaders through talent situations and organizational challenges
- Design and execute change management plans
- Lead annual performance, talent review, and compensation cycles




- Develop and maintain robust succession plans
- Partner with Centers of Expertise on talent initiatives

Requirements:

- Undergraduate degree or 10+ years relevant progressive experience
- Robust business and Human Resources acumen
- Analytical and systems thinking for practical solutions
- Ability to coach, influence, and challenge leaders constructively
- Digital fluency and curiosity about emerging technologies
