Our client is looking for an Intermediate Program Manager for a 5 month contract in Oshawa.
This is a hybrid role.

- From January 5, 2026, the candidate is required to work onsite 5 days a week fully
Responsibilities
- Provide program management leadership and expertise of large scale, highly complex, high profile and high-risk initiatives that may be multi-jurisdictional and/or enterprise-wide.
- Ensure accountability for the Enterprise Strategic Vendor Management program initiative's centralized group of projects and their successful full life cycle delivery.
- Ensure program initiatives are delivered cost effectively and efficiently, and in compliance with organization’s methodologies, standards and frameworks.
Qualifications
Must Have:
- Extensive experience with Program Management and strong PMLC exp.
- Strong IT and vendor management exp.
- Strong Governance exp.
- Strong Product Management and KPIs experience.
- Prior project exp ideal - vendor management (market profiling/analysis).
