The Manager Salvage Services oversees assigned facilities and functional portfolios, leading sales performance, inventory readiness, and operational excellence. This permanent full time role requires several years of related operational or insurance experience, team leadership, financial analysis, and compliance knowledge. The manager also supports business continuity across locations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead salvage sales, revenue forecasting, recovery ratios, and auction performance
- Oversee inventory aging, vehicle processing, throughput, and yard capacity
- Implement operating policies, procedures, and system changes
- Manage staffing,



coaching, development, and succession coverage
- Coordinate vendors, environmental responses, and vehicle security

Requirements:

- Knowledge of automotive manufacturing and repair industries
- Several years of operational or insurance experience
- Experience leading teams and implementing operational improvements
- Ability to analyze financial, inventory, auction, and market data
- Strong communication, customer service, and collaboration skills
