Teach Grade 8 French Immersion at King George with the Upper Grand District School Board, supporting student achievement and well-being. This 1.0 FTE assignment begins January 4, 2027.

The UGDSB seeks a Long-Term Occasional Teacher for an elementary teaching team. Reporting to the assigned school’s Principal, you will provide continuous, high-quality education during the regular teacher’s temporary absence. Your work will follow Ontario Ministry of Education standards and Board Policies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide continuous, high-quality education during the teacher’s absence
- Support student achievement and well-being
- Follow Ontario Ministry of Education standards
- Follow Upper Grand District School Board policies
- Report to the Principal of the assigned school

Requirements:

- French as a Second Language Part 1 qualification
- Intermediate qualification
- Provide an original Vulnerable Sector Check before employment
- Vulnerable Sector Check dated within six months externally
- Availability from January 4 through June 30, 2027
