Monks seeks a highly organized CRM Project Manager for global client projects. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage expectations, budgets, allocated hours, and communication. The work covers Salesforce consulting, project planning, stakeholder coordination, and lifecycle delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead client engagements after pre-sales handoff
- Manage project plans, budgets, hours, risks, and issues
- Own Onboard, Discover, Design, Develop, and Deliver phases
- Conduct SOW gap analyses and prepare Change Requests
- Provide feedback and leadership to CRM project contributors
Requirements:
- Five or more years managing CRM projects
- Experience with enterprise platform implementations or managed services
- Ability to lead multiple work streams or concurrent projects
- Solid organization, planning, and written communication
- Flexible hours supporting NAMER, prioritizing EST
