Winpak Division seeks a Manager, Production Planning and Inventory Control to lead its Production and Inventory Control department. Reporting to the Director of Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning, you will balance customer commitments, manufacturing capacity, inventory investment, lead times, and cost. The role includes employee development and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Direct production planning and scheduling across manufacturing departments
- Develop capacity plans and coordinate solutions for constraints
- Manage inventory targets, safety stocks, and replenishment settings




- Improve Stock Program accuracy, turnover, and excess inventory
- Develop employees through coaching, training, and succession planning

Requirements:

- Post-secondary operations management education or equivalent experience
- Five or more years managing teams
- Seven or more years in manufacturing environments
- Production planning, logistics, and inventory management background
- Ability to analyze information and translate findings into actions
