Shape player conversations for Offworld Industries as a Community Manager, combining audience engagement, sentiment analysis, and livestream hosting. Work from the office three days weekly.

As an experienced Community Manager, you will connect players with developers across Squad and Starship Troopers: Extermination. You will engage audiences through Discord, Reddit, Twitch, Facebook, Twitter, and forums. Your work will inform product decisions, strengthen communities, and support marketing communications.

Key Responsibilities:

- Engage audiences across Discord, Reddit, and social channels
- Report player sentiment, feedback, and issues to development teams
- Represent players in internal meetings and conversations
- Support moderators, influencers, partners,



and community leaders
- Host livestreams and help execute playtests and events

Requirements:

- Two to five years of professional Community Management experience
- Comprehensive understanding of major community channels
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Comfort on camera with livestream hosting experience
- Experience creating and executing community strategies
