This Senior Systems Administrator role supports a managed IT services provider serving clients across the Greater Toronto Area. You will troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues, work directly with clients, and own technical problems through resolution. The position requires experience with Nutanix HCI, Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID, and network infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and troubleshoot Nutanix HCI virtualized infrastructure
- Administer Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive
- Support Azure, Entra ID, and hybrid identity environments
- Configure LAN/WAN, VLANs, firewalls, VPNs,



and Wi-Fi
- Lead infrastructure migrations, upgrades, and implementations

Requirements:

- Five-plus years in systems administration or infrastructure engineering
- Managed services or multi-client environment experience
- Hands-on Nutanix HCI cluster and AHV administration
- Solid Microsoft 365 administration experience
- Client-facing communication and complex troubleshooting skills
