Lead high-volume restaurant leadership recruitment for Chipotle across an assigned Canadian region, using proactive sourcing and sound candidate assessment.

As Regional Recruiter, independently manage full-cycle hiring for Kitchen Leaders, Service Leaders, Apprentices, and General Managers. Build qualified pipelines through Indeed, LinkedIn, Workday, Paradox, skilled networks, and other channels. Partner with Field Leaders and Team Directors to prioritize staffing gaps, hiring urgency, and new restaurant openings.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for regional Restaurant Leadership roles
- Source, engage, screen, and assess leadership candidates proactively
- Maintain pipelines and progress qualified candidates to interviews




- Coach hiring managers on interviewing and candidate assessment
- Monitor conversions, pipeline health, and time-to-fill results

Requirements:

- Minimum four years of hands-on recruitment experience
- Significant high-volume, full-cycle recruitment responsibility
- Proven passive-candidate sourcing and engagement experience
- Strong interviewing, analytical, organizational, and relationship-building skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required
