This full time, permanent Business Analyst works within IT Security and Governance in Information Technology Operations and Security. The position combines IT audit, risk management, IT general controls, requirements gathering, process re-engineering, user acceptance testing, and training. It also provides application support and leadership for routine projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Gather audit evidence and perform control compliance testing
- Maintain IT General Controls policies and procedures
- Manage change reviews, CAB meetings, and stakeholder communications




- Review access rights and recommend control improvements
- Lead process reviews, projects, testing, and training

Requirements:

- Post-secondary education in technology risk, audit, or related field
- Two to four years in IT audit or governance
- Experience preparing policies, process maps, and workflows
- Strong analytical, judgement, organizational, and project management skills
- CISA, CRISC, CIA, or CISSP designation is relevant
